ORDER

STORINO, J.

This case coming before this Court on Respondent’s request for set-off pursuant to this Court’s order of April 12, 2007, the matter having been briefed by the parties and this Court being fully advised in the premises,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED

Respondent, State of Illinois is entitled to a set-off of the award granted to Claimant only for the amount actually paid by the State directly toward Claimant’s medical expenses Respondent is hereby given, 14 days from the date of this Order to submit evidence, in the form of affidavit, that attests to any amounts actually paid by the State directly toward Claimant’s medical expenses. If such evidence is not submitted within 14 days of the date of this Order, the State will not receive a set-off, and at such time, Claimant will be entitled to the full award of $70,043.17, and this matter will be deemed fully resolved and dismissed with each side to bear its own costs and attorneys fees.
