The record consists of claim filed March 2, 1940, maiver ‘ of brief and argument by counsel for the respective parties, and stipulation filed March 26, 1943.

Said stipulation contains, among other things, the following : “That the Department of Public Welfare has reported that there is due and owing to the county of Fayette, the sum of $16.00 representing coroner’s fees contracted February 9, 1937.

It is further stipulated that all other portions of the complaint are abandoned, and that this claim is for the sum of $16.00 representing coroner’s fees solely.”
